Since my arrival over 12 months ago, we've transformed and evolved into an inspiring, energetic and positive educational and residential setting. 

The recent Ofsted inspections have served to highlight the remarkable strides we've taken in key areas such as behaviour management, safeguarding, and therapeutic support. The reports provide valuable insights, guiding our focus towards enhancing teaching and learning as well as refining the curriculum. 2024 will be a year of substantial and swift changes that will redefine our curriculum entitlement and improve the experience of our young people. 

You will be more involved in your child's learning journey with more engaging parent meetings through the PLP system. We're introducing a revamped curriculum with a personalised touch, upgraded resources, and a shift towards more full-time staffing. 

Let's extend a warm Parkwood Hall welcome to the newest members of our family – a talented cohort of senior staff, teaching assistants and teachers. They are set to fall head over heels for the Parkwood Hall ethos, and I can't wait to witness their ideas come to life.
